How can Non- Admin Users view uploaded files?

1. Login to Actifile Web system using your registered Actifile email credentials. The User will be navigated to the Actifile Home Page.

 

2. Click on the Admin tab. The Admin Dashboard will be displayed.

3. Click on the Groups menu. The Groups Management page will be displayed.

 

4. Create a new groups and select the group or select an existing group and click on the "Add Users to Group" button. The "Add Users to Group" dialogue box will be displayed.

 

 

5. Click on the Users text box (where Select Users label is displayed) and select the Non-Admin User/s to be added to the group and Click on the Save Changes button. The Non-Admin User/s will be successfully added to the group.

 

6. With the group where the Non-Admin User/s are added is selected, click on the "Add Devices to Group" button. The "Add Devices to Group" dialogue box will be displayed.

 

 7.  Click on the Devices text box (where Select Devices label is displayed) and select the Device/s to be added to the group and Click on the Save Changes button. The Device/s will be successfully added to the group.

 

8. The Non-Admin User/s attached the group will now be able to view all the uploaded files from the Device/s added to the group.
