How do I link my public filter to a group? (For Business and Enterprise subscriptions only)

1. Login to Actifile using your registered Email id and password.

 

2. Click on the "Admin" tab. The admin dashboard will be displayed.

 

3. Click on Groups menu option. The Groups Page will be displayed.

 

4. Select the desired group by clicking on the checkbox and click on the "Add Content Filters To Group" button. The Add Filters to Group Dialog box will be displayed.

 

5. Select the desired Public filter from the drop down box and click on the Save changes button. The Public filter will be added to the group.

 

6. Click on the Add Users to Group button. The Add Users to Group Dialog box will be displayed.

7. Select the User/s to be linked to the Group and click on Save changes. The selected User/s will be added to the group.

 

8.Click on the Add Devices to Group button. The Add Devices to Group Dialog box will be displayed.

9. Select the Device/s to be linked to the Group and click on Save changes. The selected Device/s will be added to the group.

 

Now all the Users added to the group where devices and Public filters are attached, will be able to view the uploaded files from these devices and if the uploaded files matches the Public filter rules, then the public filter will be applied to the uploaded files.
